In this live, guided online breathwork session, we'll create space to slow down, connect with our breath and notice what is happening within us. There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular way you need to feel. Just come as you are. 💡 Not sure about time zones? The Tuesday English session runs at 7 pm UK time. The Wednesday Portuguese session runs at 7 pm Lisbon time (same as UK time). The Thursday Spanish session runs at 7 pm Spain time, which is 1 hour ahead of the UK.

You can do this by replying to your confirmation email or contacting Daniela directly at breathe@b-r-e-a-t-h-e.com Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as follows: Less than 24 hours notice — 75% of the session fee No contact / no show — 100% of the session fee Thank you for understanding — this policy allows Daniela to offer your slot to someone else in need.
