Online Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma & Life Transitions

Online therapy sessions in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with a Glasgow-based psychologist, available wherever you are.

The first step is a brief initial conversation of around 25 minutes, a space to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore what kind of support feels most useful. Together, we decide how best to continue. Ongoing sessions last 60 minutes and are held online, offering flexibility and comfort from wherever you are.

Therapy does not need to be complicated or full of technical language to be effective.

My work is focused on helping you come back to the present moment, reconnect with yourself, and navigate life with more clarity, stability, and meaning. Everything we do together is adapted to you,  your needs, your pace, and where you are right now.

I offer evidence-based therapy combining EMDR, ACT and somatic approaches, integrated around what works best for you.

How I work

My name is Daniela Cabral Robb. Having lived across three countries, I know first-hand how life transitions, uncertainty and starting over can affect our mental health.

I offer online therapy that is clear, human and adapted to you — drawing on EMDR, ACT and somatic approaches depending on what feels most useful for where you are right now.

Who I work with

You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, low mood, or simply a feeling that something is off and you're not sure where to start. You don't need to have the right words or understand therapy to begin.

How it works

We start with a free 25-minute conversation — no commitment, no pressure. Just a calm space to get to know each other and explore whether working together feels right.

Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes, fully online, at times suited to UK time zones.
